According to the publication, an “insider” tells them that "Mariah found out the baby news recently, and they're overjoyed at the prospect of being parents."
The couple went public in June while on vacation in Italy as photos showed thm holding hands as they strolled through the streets.
On the books, Carey is technically still married to Nick Cannon, who she split with in 2014.
If true, this baby would be child number six between the two of them: Packer has three Indigo, 7, Jackson, 5, and Emmanuelle, 2 (with his ex-wife Erica Baxter) along with Carey’s twins Moroccan and Monroe.
