Did Nicci Gilbert really design dresses and other garments for women?
According to a new report, the Brownstone and "R&B Divas" star is not the real designer behind her much promoted line, "Curvato."
According to Funky Dineva, Nicci Gilbert's fashions are actually designed and shipped by a China based wholesale company.
"Nicci Gilbert does not even design Curvato clothing. Instead, she purchases the bargain basement fashions from China Wholesale. Hey, why pay more when you can pay less?" reports Funky Dineva.
Angie Stone reportedly picked up on Nicci's alleged fraudulent line of clothing and its origins during taping for the current season of "R&B Divas" and apparently this week's episode will highlight the aftermath of Angie's discovery and Nicci's reaction.
"R&B Divas" airs Wednesday night at 10 p.m..
