For over eighteen years Baltimore, Maryland has enjoyed the benefit of warm summers and soulful days at Druid Hill Park. Just as it was in years past, things are heating up with the 19th Annual Stone Soul Picnic.
Featuring a special performance from Baltimore’s own Mario and soulful sounds from Ginuwine, Chico DeBarge, Urban Mystic and Kevon Edmonds, the Stone Soul Picnic will likely deliver an unforgettable experience at Druid Hill Park.
Slated to take place 12pm – 8pm , this year’s Stone Soul Picnic will kick off Saturday, August 22 with support from local radio, including Magic 95.9 FM.
While you are in Baltimore for the Stone Soul Picnic, you might also wish to check out Geppi’s Entertainment Museum. A noted attraction for years Geppi’s allows fans of entertainment from the young and playful to the mature and seasoned adult a chance to forget the outside world. And for good reason. Kids can get up close and personal with Superman, Spider-Man, Mickey Mouse, and Barbie, while parents reminisce with Howdy Doody, Archie, G.I. Joe and all of their other childhood friends. In Baltimore, your family can also discover sharks at the National Aquarium, polar bears at the Maryland Zoo, life-sized dinosaurs at the Maryland Science Center and a three-story tree house at Port Discovery Children’s Museum.
