by Ledisi continues her relationship tales with the latest offering, “Here,” the third release from her upcoming ninth studio album, Let Love Rule, dropping September 22nd.
On the sultry “Here,” the R&B powerhouse details why her relationship is stuck in a rut and gives her significant other an ultimatum on fixing it or moving on. Ledisi’s soulful delivery and emotional tone backed by piano and horns help hammer home her perspective.
“Here” follows the previous releases “High” and “Add to Me.”
The ‘Let Love Rule’ project, the follow-up to 2014’s ‘The Truth,’ will feature appearances from John Legend, BJ The Chicago Kid, Kirk Franklin, and DJ Camper.
Along with the new album, Ledisi and Gospel superstar Kirk Franklin will hit the road for the co-headline “The Rebel, The Soul & The Saint Tour.” The 27-city trek will kick off on October 25 in Oakland, CA at Paramount Theatre and wrap on December 2 in Richmond, VA at The Altria Theatre. The tour will make stops in major cities across the country including New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Sacramento, Chicago, Houston, Nashville and more.
