‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ Beefs Up Security Over Ratchetness

There is a slight chance that we may see less ratchetness on the upcoming third season of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta… or at least there may be less for producers to use for their benefit.

TMZ reports that the network hired extra security to help curb future fights and to also protect cast members from rowdy civilians.

Currently shooting in Atlanta, security was already put to use:

Sources close to production tell TMZ … Scrappy and a new cast member named Erica Pinkett had to be separated by the new security force after she threw wine in his face during a dinner this week.

We’ll just have to wait and see how much ratchetness will be removed from the show. Could be just a ploy to save face!

Anyhow, season 3 kicks off on Monday, May 5th at 8PM ET/PT on VH1 with the same old crew, plus a few fresh faces, including Waka Flocka Flame and his fiancee, Tammy Rivera, Basketball Wives LA star and Scrappy‘s new girl, Bambi, plus Yung Joc, Kalenna Harper (Diddy Dirty Money) and a few more newcomers.
