In preparation for his fall 2013 album, 1996, singer/songwriter Verse Simmonds drops a prelude EP in the form of Circa 96, a set including 4 new tracks along with the previously released “Fully Loaded.” As the pen behind Chris Brown’s most recent singles “Don’t Think They Know” and “Love More,” Simmonds aims to capture the feeling of '90s R&B, as he explains on the intro.
