UK new comer Elli Ingram caught our attention with her many Youtube covers, especially the stand out "Poetic Justice," a remake of Kendrick Lamar's hit. To reel more fans into her soulful world, the 19-year-old releases her debut EP, Sober, a five-tracks effort of original cuts with "Poetic Justice" leaking in as a bonus.
Picking up the baton from some of the extremely talented UK singers that has graced our presence in the last few years, Elli showcases her lyrical talents, penmanship and musical consistency. The well constructed project, produced by Felix Joseph and Rudi Redz, is definitely a listening treat.
