Did Chris Brown throw the first punch? Does Frank Ocean want to press charges? Is Chris Brown going to talk to the LAPD? All of these questions and more are coming out following Chris Brown and Frank Ocean's alleged fight at a studio early Monday morning.
According to trusted sources, Frank Ocean is actually "desirous" of prosecution when it comes to the fight, which was partially captured in surveillance video that is now in the hands of Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos.
While the video is useful, capturing the fight and those who were involved, beyond Chris and Frank, it did not pick up the actual start of the fight, which was in the parking lot. Instead, the video covers the aftermath of the parking lot battle, which took place in the studio's lobby.
A witness has come forward claiming that Chris Brown actually threw the first punch, but Chris Brown denies that and is ready to meet with LAPD officials to tell his side of the story.
"Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, has already contacted detectives and said the singer is ready, willing and able to give them the blow-by-blow, because he knows he did nothing wrong," reports TMZ.
While Chris might have that video on his side, the video also clears Frank Ocean, who is not seen throwing a punch at all.
So far investigators have publicly stated that six men were involved in the fight.
