Young Money/Universal-Republic recording artist Shanell (SNL) releases the brand new EP, “Nobody’s Bitch.” The new project includes production from FKI and Mad Decent/Diplo’s Derek DJA Allen and features rappers Busta Rhymes and Too Short.
With a title like, Nobody’s Bitch, we recently caught up with Shanell and she told us what was driving the content. “Everyday Life, my home-girls and their conversations with me, my feelings towards men,” she says. “It’s not all bad, but it could sound a little bit blunt and strait to the point. That’s the reason I say ‘Nobody’s Bitch,’ it’s just being honest and not apologizing for it. You feel the way you feel, say it!”
“Nobody’s B!%#h,” which follows “Shut Up N Listen,” is another precursor to Shanells forthcoming debut album.
