Motherhood comes easy for singer/songwriter Alicia Keys according to her husband Swizz Beats. The two welcomed their first child together nearly two years ago and parenting came naturally to Keys.
‘She’s just a natural mom,” Swizz told PEOPLE at the ESPY Awards on Wednesday (7/12). “She even surprised my mom, who wanted to give her tips but was like, ‘What tips can I give her?! She’s already ahead of the game.”’
Swizz also added that he looks forward to having more kids with Keys, ”God willing, yes. Everything just has to flow.” Outside of their 21-month old toddler Egypt Daoud, Beatz also has three other kids.
Beatz and Keys wed in July 2010, three months before welcoming their first child and he says their relationship is “fun.”
He continued: ”We have a lot of fun and we’re very family oriented,” before adding ”That you can really be married to your best friend.”
