It is no secret that Ne-Yo has been successful in penning tracks for the best in the business and has been paid handsomely. He is a superstar in his own right, but it seems he has been changing gears and playing the daddy role. Recently, Ne-Yo spent $500k on a new house in Milton, Georgia.
The house is a 5,900 square foot pad and has six bedrooms, five baths, and a beautiful terrace that overlooks a golf course. The Songwriters’ Hall of Famer must be gearing up to take care of a family. Maybe he’s trying to get his two little ones, Mason Evan Smith (one year old) and Madilyn Grace Smith (two year old) and his girlfriend, Monyetta Shaw under one roof.
