BBOD’s ‘Love Is Blind’ Freestyle/Cover Addresses Social Media Influence & Police Brutality

The sixth season of “Love And Hip Hop New York” may be over, but the Harlem female rap duo BBOD are still on a mission to prove they aren’t the typical artist you see on the hit reality show.

In their video for “Love Is Blind” (which is a freestyle cover of Eve and Faith Evans’ 1999 hit), BBOD takes on the influence social media is having on young black girls, as well as police brutality and stereotypes of the young black man in America today.

Watch their powerful message unfold.
