British singer/songwriter Jay Sean recruits Jamaican artist Sean Paul for “Make My Love Go,” his first major release since his split from Cash Money and signing with Sony.
The song has a dancehall influence from Sean Paul and is infused with pop elements. You may also notice the Maxi Priest “Close To You” reference throughout.
The video is full of sun and fun as Jay woos a beautiful dancer at one of his block party performances, which gets going immediately as soon as he picks up the mic.
This isn’t the first time Jay and Sean collaborated; in 2010, these two collaborated on “Do You Remember.”
For us in the cold climate watching this video, roll on summer!!
