Mila J releases new mixtape called Covergirl for New Year’s Eve and to ring in the year that will kick off her very big 2016 (which will include her Motown debut album).
Covergirl is a subtle mix of covers that range from classics of the 90’s to today’s hits with covers of classics like “Sweetest Taboo” by Sade, “Soon As I Get Home” by Faith Evans, and “Just Kick It” by Xscape (among others).
About the project, Mila says, “I wanted to end the year with giving people out there more music. This is for everyone to listen to. I want to end 2015 with a bang!!!!! My tour and album is coming in 2016. Happy New Year!!”
