Travis Garland is underrated.
The Texas-bred, L.A.-residing singer/songwriter has released the new EP, Uppers+Downers Vol. 1, a set to show off his style of often rock-tinged sound, complete with raspy, soulful vocals.
"Bodies" and "Kate Moss" offer swaggy grooves while “Favors” is a re-worked version of Tove Lo’s smash hit “Habits” with an appearance from 2 Chainz. “Knots” is a beautiful, guitar-laden ballad of Travis pleading his love to “untie the knots in his stomach.”
This is only Vol. 1 so Vol. 2 must be on the way eventually. But for now, enjoy Garland’s first installment…
