After attending The Obamas' Japanese State Dinner last month together, Ciara’s new boo, Seahawks QB Russell Wilson, has been getting quite the publicity during the off season for his new relationship with the singer. Now TMZ has the scoop on just how in love the pair is: recently, Wilson surprised CiCi while out to dinner with from girlfriends by stopping by a fancy D.C. steakhouse where she was dining.
The restaurant closes at 10:30pm, but they stayed open until 1:30 AM to accommodate the new “it” couple. The restaurant G.M. Mike Melore told TMZ, "Ciara was shocked to see him. She said she didn't know he was coming, but she was super happy he was there. They were extremely nice and humble. They took pictures with every staff member that asked before they left."

Ciara is currently promoting her new album Jackie that dropped on May 4th, and is projected to sell 19-22k in its first week.
