According to TMZ, Rocky was charged with a misdemeanor simple assault after allegedly slapping a fan during the 'Made In America' Festival this past Saturday in Philly.
TMZ sources say the incident occurred as Rocky was trying to make his way through the crowd, while doing so he allegedly slapped a fan with an open hand.
In a complaint filed today (September 4th), the fan claimed the slap resulted in whiplash. Shortly after the complaint was filed, the D.A. charged A$AP Rocky the misdemeanor.
