‘The Voice’ Standout Judith Hill To Appear in Documentary, Soundtrack Via Columbia

Vocal standout Judith Hill, who is currently competing on the hit reality singing competition, "The Voice," is headed to not only theaters but music retailers.

Best recognized for her work with the late Michael Jackson ("This Is It"), Hill is featured in the soon to premiere documentary "Twenty Feet from Stardom."

Due in theaters June 14, the documentary follows the lives of background singers, including Hill, Merry Clayton and Claudia Linnear.

In breaking news, an accompanying soundtrack has been confirmed, inclusive of three songs featuring Judith Hill.

Due in stores and online retailers via Columbia Records, June 18, the soundtrack includes songs like "Desperation," "Lean On Me" and "Southern Man."

In related news, Judith Hill will continue to compete on "The Voice" next week. She is part of the top 10, making it through the audition, battle and knockout rounds.

"The Voice" airs Monday and Tuesday nights on NBC.
