Omarion can't believe that someone would sue Michael Jackson's estate, alleging childhood sexual abuse.

Catching up with TMZ, following news that choreographer Wade Robson filed suit May 1, Omarion weighed in saying "I can't believe it."

"He’s suing Mike? The person that’s dead? The legend? That’s messed up, man," Omarion told TMZ. "I can’t believe it. I can’t believe he would sue a dead man. That’s unbelievable. I don’t like it."

As previously reported, Robson's documents were filed and sealed, preventing public access, earlier this month.

According to Omarion, the suit could be an attempt to get some money and if it is, it's "whack."

"Maybe he’s in a position like he’s needing some extra change or something like that. I don’t know," said Omarion. "But I just think it’s whack."

If you’ve been keeping up with the news, then chances are you’ve heard about Michael Jackson’s recent legal drama. The late singer is being accused of sexual abuse in a lawsuit that has caused shockwaves throughout the entertainment industry. Now, Omarion has something to say about it. In a powerful statement released on social media, he fiercely defends his idol and slams the accuser for suing a dead man. Here’s what he had to say…

Omarion Slams Accuser:
In an emotional post shared on Instagram, R&B star Omarion took aim at the accuser who recently filed a lawsuit against Michael Jackson’s estate over alleged sexual abuse. He wrote: “I can’t believe someone would sue a dead man.” His comments come as no surprise given that he was very close to Jackson during his lifetime and even opened for him on tour while growing up as a child actor.

Final Thoughts:
The case against Michael Jackson has sparked heated debate within the music industry and beyond. While some people have welcomed this long-overdue reckoning with justice, others feel that bringing charges against someone who isn’t alive anymore is unfair. With his words, Omarion acknowledges both sides of the argument but ultimately stands by his mentor and friend – sending out a clear message in defense of Michael Jackson.

Omarion’s Reaction To Jackson Accusation

Omarion was shocked and appalled when he heard the news that a man had accused Michael Jackson of sexual assault. He couldn’t believe that someone would stoop so low as to sue a deceased person. “I can’t even comprehend it,” Omarion said in an interview about the matter. “Michael has passed, but his legacy is still here. It’s just not right.”

The R&B singer went on to say that he believes anyone who makes such accusations should be held accountable for their actions. His opinion is supported by many fans, who have taken to social media to express their outrage at this act of disrespect toward one of music history’s most iconic figures.

Despite being deeply saddened by the allegation against Michael Jackson, Omarion remains hopeful that justice will eventually come out of this situation – one way or another. As he put it: “This isn’t what people want to remember him by…but we’ll keep fighting until something good comes from it.”

Debate Around Suing The Deceased

The debate surrounding the legal action against Michael Jackson has been ongoing since news of the lawsuit broke. While some people believe it is unjust to sue a deceased person, others feel that justice must be served and that this case should not go unpunished.

On one hand, many argue that suing a dead man is wrong because he cannot defend himself in court or face any consequences for his alleged actions. Furthermore, they state that the accuser may have ulterior motives behind filing the suit and shouldn’t be allowed to tarnish someone’s legacy without any accountability.

On the other hand, those who are pro-lawsuit claim that victims of sexual assault deserve justice regardless of whether their perpetrator is alive or dead. They also point out that if an individual commits a crime before passing away, then it doesn’t necessarily mean they should get away with it just because they can no longer stand trial. Ultimately, both arguments have valid points and further discussion on this issue will continue until a clear resolution is found.

Conclusion

I was shocked to hear Omarion’s reaction to the Michael Jackson accusation. He is clearly passionate about defending his late friend and mentor, as many of us would be if we were in a similar situation. It brings up an interesting debate around whether it is appropriate to sue someone who has passed away.

On one hand, some people argue that suing a dead person can provide closure for any wrongdoings committed against them or their family while they were alive. On the other side of things, there are those like Omarion who believe it is disrespectful and unnecessary due to the fact that the deceased cannot defend themselves anymore.

Ultimately, it is up to each individual how they choose to proceed with any legal matters related to a deceased loved one. But regardless of what happens legally, Omarion’s words serve as a reminder of just how important legacy and respect are – even after death.
