Jacob Latimore's film career is taking off. Not only is the R&B singer/actor starring in "Black Nativity," he has just been cast to appear in "The Maze Runner," a FOX distributed film adaptation of James Dashner's novel of the same name.
Production will begin in Baton Rouge, LA this month.
According to Variety, the movie is set in a post-apocalyptic world where a group of teenage boys end up trapped in an enormous maze and must find a way out.
"The Maze Runner" will also star Dylan O'Brien, Will Poulter, Kaya Scodelario and Aml Ameen.
This is Latimore's third film in recent months, following "Black Nativity" and "Ride Along."
