T-Pain objects to be labeled a swinger like the claims against Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith. The leader of the autotune confirmed he and his wife have shared the bedroom with ladies, but it never evolves into a relationship with anybody besides his wife.
"It's not like we can just go off and have relationships with other people," he told radio personality TT Torrez. "People were assuming we got married for nothing. Just because we smash every now and then doesn’t mean we have an open marriage."
He has made missteps in his marriage by cheating on his wife with Elisa Hood of Vh1's reality television show, Miss Rap Supreme. Now in hindsight, he uses the situation as a lesson learned.
