Not only is she the cover girl in the upcoming May issue of ‘Elle’, but Rihanna is also the leading star in the mini-movie accompanied with the photo shoot and cover story. The three-minute cinematic clip takes place in Havana in 1956, as Rihanna plays the role of a heroine involved in a passionate affair with a salsa dancer.
In the May issue, Rihanna talks about the typical fashion and beauty tips, but also delves into the controversy sparked by her recent musical reunion with ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown, and how her life has changed since the incident.
Rihanna’s blockbuster debut ‘Battleship’ will arrive in theaters on May 18th.
