After a busy summer, Raphael Saadiq is set to return to the road for a number of fall and winter tour dates kicking off this November. Making stops in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas and Minneapolis, Saadiq’s tour will run through over 20 dates before wrapping up December 16. Canadian singer/songwriter Anjulie and Grammy nominated Janelle Monae will join Saadiq for select dates, including the tour’s November 16 kickoff in Seattle, Washington. News of Saadiq’s tour (see dates below) follows the Grammy Award winner’s 2008 release “The Way I See It” and summer performances at Bonaroo, Bumbershoot and the New Orleans hosted Essence Music Festival. In related news, Saadiq has selected the song “Staying In Love” as his next single, which also appears on a forthcoming iTunes Sessions release due at digital retail October 27.
