With a number of weeks left before taking the stage at Miami’s “Jazz In The Gardens,” Anthony Hamilton along with several R&B/soul artists are in for a surprise as the event’s tickets are selling like never before. According to organizers, tickets for the event, also starring Erykah Badu, Babyface and Common, have been moving briskly. In nearly 30 days, 15,000 tickets have moved — more than last year’s total attendance. In fact, organizers believe the two-day festival, featured in Singersroom’s new “Sights & Soul” blog, may just sell out thanks to its unbelieveably valuable and price-concious ticket prices. “Last year I attended ‘Jazz in the Gardens’ for the first time, and since I didn’t sit down the whole time, they asked me to host it this year. I can’t think of too many other places in the world that are better to host a concert than South Florida. Everything you could ever want is right there, restaurants, shopping, beaches, it’s great. And if you know me, you know that I know a little bit about lining up a concert, and I’m telling you this concert lineup is unbelievable. Every single act is someone you would want to see,” said radio personality Tom Joyner, official host of The 4th Annual “Jazz in the Gardens.” Click Here for more information on the highly anticipated “Jazz in the Gardens,” also featuring Kenny G, Will Downing, Roy Ayers, Jonathan Butler and Maze featuring Frankie Beverly.
