The 11,000 sq ft, $12 million L.A. pad will most likely attract renters with its seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, high ceilings, rooftop sun deck area, 6,000 sq ft outdoor garden area, 20ft by 40ft infinity pool, and the biggest selling point of all – Rihanna is your landlord.
Rihanna purchased the property a year ago, but was rarely there due to her hectic touring schedule and other commitments.
