In Rihanna’s words “Phuck your G5.” The “Unapologetic” diva has charted a big, bold Boeing 777 to jet across the world in seven days.
Sharing her 777, coinciding with this being a tour to promote her seventh studio album, Rihanna tweeted just before taking off and after performing at her first stop in Mexico City, Mexico (at El Plaza Condesa) Wednesday.
“#777tour is about to jump start, my foot is about to touch the plane!!,” said Rihanna. “About to get on my private plane #PhuckYoG5”
Rih-Rih gave fans a limited time to pick up tickets in Mexico City and she’s doing the same for her next stop, Toronto (Ontario, Canada). So, if you’re in Toronto get on those tickets NOW.
“Thank you Mexico, I love u! #1 down, 6 more to go!!! Country number 2, Canada! Toronto here we come #777tour,” said Rihanna. “Yo Toronto. I’ll be at The Danforth tonight. Will you? #777Tour #HTC #2ndStop #UNAPOLOGETIC”
Before this is all over, Rihanna, some very lucky fans and journalists will crisscross the globe with stops in Europe, Asia and at last, New York, in time for the release of “Unapologetic.”

From private jets loaded with journalists and celebrities to a never before seen level of access granted to those who attended – everything about this tour screamed extravagance!

The first stop of the 777 Tour was in Mexico City at the historic Teatro Metropólitan where thousands of screaming fans came out to see their idol perform. It would prove to be just the beginning of what would become an unforgettable journey for everyone involved.
