Seems the dust is settling on all the Chris Brown/Rihanna backlash regarding their contact with each other, since it seems inevitable the two are getting close again amid rumors and sightings of the two canoodling and hooking up again. People criticized her for still being in love with Brown when she sat down with Oprah, whom also went on record as saying she’s not surprised of the reconciliation. After all, the separation was a court ordered restraining order. But since the couple can now legally come in contact with each other and Brown has broken up with girlfriend Karrueche, it’s fair game, whether people agree with it or not.
Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty, isn’t fazed by the couple’s romance which seems to be rekindling. In Touch Magazine recently caught up with Mr. Fenty for his reaction. “I think everyone makes mistakes and they shouldn’t be held to them forever,” Ronald says of Chris. “Everyone should be forgiven once. There’s a lot more to Chris than the whole world knows.”
“I love Chris, man,” Ronald admits. “He’s got so much charisma. And he’s always had so much respect for me. That’s what I love about him. He’s always shown me respect,” he continued.
“I know they love each other. They always have,” Fenty reveals about the couple. “She’s happiest when she’s around him, and as long as she’s happy, I am happy and the whole world should be too.”
