After weeks of near perfect scores and what was thought to be a sure win, R&B singer Mya was trumped by Donny Osmond on ‘Dancing With The Stars’. “I’m just so happy to have made it to the finals,’ Mya said after the upset. Osmond, taking home the show’s mirror ball trophy, exclaimed “I did it” shortly after his victory over Mya and Kelly Osbourne. Calling the show a highlight of his career, Osmond received an extra push from viewers, who voted for his win, in addition to votes from the show’s judges. Featuring two performances from Whitney Houston (“Million Dollar Bill” and “I Wanna Dance With Somebody”), Tuesday’s finale of ‘Dancing With The Stars’ was nothing, if but intense for viewers waiting for the final result. Donny Osmond joins gymnast, Shawn Johnson, who won last season’s ‘Dancing With The Stars’.
