Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will play a special acoustic show on Wednesday, July 6, at Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center in Canandaigua, NY. The longtime friends and collaborators will be on the road this summer with Dave Matthews Band, but have set aside an evening to play this intimate show together. Their rare performances as a duo give fans the opportunity to experience their special chemistry up close, as they strip down each song to its essence and tell stories.
An online ticket presale for the July 6 show will begin on Wednesday, April 6, at 10am ET at www.warehouse.davematthewsband.comfor members of the DMB Warehouse Fan Association. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets to this show through Citi’s Private Pass Program beginning Tuesday, April 12, at 10 AM ET. Dave Matthews Band will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a special hometown benefit concert at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, VA on Saturday, May 7. To express its gratitude for the incredible support the community has provided from the beginning, the band will donate all net proceeds from the concert, totaling over $1 million, to charitable programs in the Charlottesville area via its Bama Works Fund.
The sold-out Charlottesville show will mark the launch of Dave Matthews Band’s 2016 summer tour. The extensive North American run will include two-night stands in Camden, NJ; Elkhorn, WI; Gilford, NH; Saratoga Springs, NY; Noblesville, IN; West Palm Beach, FL and Berkeley, CA. The tour will wrap up at The Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA, where the band has headlined more than 50 shows. Tickets for the 2016 summer tour are on sale now at http://davematthewsband.com. The bandwill be taking a break from touring in 2017.
