Maxwell
Maxwell has been melting hearts since the release of his 1996 single, "Sumthin' Sumthin'." Throughout his long-standing career, Maxwell released a plethora of timeless hits, blessing fans with his raw and sultry sound. In 2009, following an 8 year hiatus, Maxwell returned to mainstream music with BLACKsummers'night. He released the serene single, "Pretty Wings," and receive two Grammys for the album. It was a long time coming for the singer to receive the award, but it was well-deserved. Five years later, fans are still waiting for the follow-up to Max’s hit project. Although incognito, he did appear on Alicia Keys' "Fire We Make," but we love to hear new music from the R&B crooner. For the past three years, he has been working on his new album in Miami. More than likely, Maxwell's prospective album will redefine contemporary R&B since he is the forefather of neo-soul.
