Pop/R&B starlet Rihanna launched her new River Island Autumn/Winter (SS14) collection in London yesterday (September 10). Rocking a sheer top under under a varsity jacket and blue lipstick, the "Pour It Up" hitmaker strolled the red carpet before making her way to the penthouse of the Dorchester Hotel for the reception.
"UK Navy, I'm in London today launching the Autumn #RihannaforRiverIsland range," tweeted an excited Rihanna.
River Island debuted this past spring to mixed reviews, but satisfied fans, as her knit dresses and quirky denim ensembles sold very well. The new collection features beanies, puffy jackets, bold prints including camouflage, and uniquely-cut sweaters.
Throughout the night Rihanna had pal Cara Delevingne by her side and they were allegedly having a ball. According to reports, there was a "peculiar herbal smell" coming from their van as they arrived at dinner in Kensington.
