Cut Off Ties – Get those squares out of your circle. Make sure to stay away from people that will give you an update on your ex. If your going to move forward you have to make sure you can be free from the thought of your ex. Mimi and many women that have a babies’ daddy have a problem breaking off ties. Yes, you have to keep that person in your child’s life. However, he/she does not have to be part of your life. Establish boundaries and rules to keep him away from you trying to move forward.
