Solid Foundation for their Relationship
Before they become the power couple that many people try to emulate, they knew that the key to creating a strong relationship was to build a strong foundation from the start. In a recent interview Oprah had with King Bey, she said this about how they started: “We were friends first, for a year and half. Before we went on any date, [we were] on the phone for a year and a half. And that foundation is so important in a relationship. And just to have someone that you just like, is so important. And someone that is honest.” Because they created that solid foundation from the beginning, we’re able to see them in all their wedded bliss now. For a couple to be praised for having a strong relationship is an absolute compliment and many, if not all women, are searching to have just that.
