Iggy Azalea can no longer officially call her U.S label home as T.I.’s Grand Hustle; the Aussie rapper is now a part of Island Def Jam. Iggy announced her new U.S. label home via Twitter: “Hey world. I signed to island def jam. Iam now mercury UK/ island def jam USA awesome!!!!”

But just Iggy assures her ties with Grand Hustle aren’t broken; she’ll appear on Grand Hustle’s upcoming Hustle Gang compilation album, proving friendships are thicker than business moves. “No. That doesn’t mean I’m not in hustle gang. Save it. Still in it. Still on the hustle gang album. Friendship doesn’t require contracts,” she said.

The model/rapper is with Mercury Records in the UK, and is prepping her debut LP The New Classic. The first single from the set, “Work,” will be followed by the second offering “Bounce” dropping on May 5, the artwork surfacing today with Iggy in a colorful maxi dress surrounded by blue, the accompanying video recently shot in India.

Australian rapper Iggy Azalea has been making headlines ever since she rose to fame over the past few years, and now it’s time for her fans to get ready for her next move. The artist recently signed with Island Def Jam Records, one of the most prominent record labels in the music industry. To celebrate this news, she’s also revealed the artwork for her upcoming single “Bounce” – and we have all the details you need to know!

Azalea first made a name for herself with her debut mixtape Ignorant Art back in 2011. She went on to sign with Grand Hustle Records before eventually signing a joint venture with Island Def Jam earlier this year. This is a major step up for the talented MC as she continues to make waves throughout the hip-hop scene. Now that she’s officially part of Island Def Jam family, there couldn’t be a better way to kick off her career at the label than by releasing “Bounce” as her second single following “Work” from last year.

The artwork for “Bounce” features an image of Iggy dressed in pink against a white background which seems to capture both sides of her personality: fun and fierce. Fans are already speculating about what kind of sound they can expect from this new track, but all will be revealed when it drops later this summer! Stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled because big things are coming from Iggy Azalea soon!

Background On Iggy Azalea’s Music Career

Iggy Azalea has been making waves in the music industry since her debut mixtape, Ignorant Art, was released in 2011. Known for her unique flow and witty lyrics, she quickly gained a large fan base with singles like “My World” and “Pu$$y”. She eventually signed to Island Def Jam Records at the end of 2012, solidifying her place as one of rap’s leading ladies.

Since signing with IDJ, Iggy has worked hard on expanding her presence within hip-hop culture. Her first single from The New Classic album, “Work”, peaked at number 17 on Billboard Hot 100. She followed it up with another smash hit called “Fancy” which climbed all the way to number 1 on the chart. With these successes behind her, Iggy is now ready to release her second single off The New Classic titled “Bounce”.

To coincide with this announcement, Iggy also unveiled the official artwork for “Bounce” featuring herself dressed in an eye-catching outfit while standing atop a jet ski floating in turquoise waters. Clearly, Iggy Azalea plans to take things even further than before as she continues on this new chapter of her career!

Details Of The Signing With Island Def Jam And Release Of ‘Bounce’

Building on her early success, Iggy Azalea recently inked a deal with Island Def Jam Records to further solidify her place within the hip-hop scene. This signing has opened up many doors for her, giving Iggy more resources and support to help promote The New Classic album. In addition, it also signals that label executives have faith in her music and vision going forward.

To mark this exciting development, Iggy released the official artwork for “Bounce” which is set to be the second single from The New Classic. Featuring herself dressed in an eye-catching outfit atop a jet ski floating in turquoise waters, the visual reinforces Iggy’s determination as she dives into uncharted territory. Furthermore, it serves as proof of what can happen when people believe in you and are willing to stand behind your artistry.

The release of “Bounce” will undoubtedly provide Iggy with another platform to showcase her talents while introducing her sound to even wider audiences around the world. With such strong momentum behind her career, there’s no telling how high she’ll be able to take things!

Conclusion

I’m excited to see how Iggy Azalea’s career will develop now that she has signed with Island Def Jam. Her single ‘Bounce’ is sure to be a hit, and her art reveals the level of creativity she brings to every project. With this new signing, it looks like we can expect big things from Iggy in the near future.

I have been following Iggy’s music for some time now and am impressed by all that she has accomplished so far. She clearly knows what her sound is and isn’t afraid to take risks when creating it. This boldness makes me confident that whatever comes next from her will be something special.

Overall, I’m thrilled about Iggy Azalea’s signing with Island Def Jam and can’t wait for more of her music to come out soon! It’ll definitely be interesting to hear where she takes things from here and see if she continues pushing boundaries as an artist.
