Lil Wayne is not worried about a judgment of $3.4 million against him. The rapper previously sued Quincy Jones III over a documentary about his life, and a counter suit by Quincy saw him taking the victory position after a jury sided with him for being cheated out of profits.

No with the win, Quincy's attorney reportedly moved the judgment to Florida, "where Wayne has lots of assets, including an $11 million mansion and a Bugatti that's worth more than a mil," says TMZ. According to the site, the lawyer is trying to secure these assets to satisfy the judgment.

Unwavered by the move, a source tells TMZ that Weezy doesn't have to sell anything because he's worth $100 and can easily pony up the pocket change.

It’s no secret that ‘Lil Wayne has had his share of legal troubles, but it seems like he’s not too concerned about the latest one. The rapper recently found himself facing a $3.4 million judgment in favor of producer Quincy Jones III after losing a lawsuit against him for copyright infringement. But despite this huge ruling against him, ‘Lil Wayne isn’t sweating it and is moving on with life as usual. This article will take an in-depth look at how exactly the court ruled against the rap star and why he doesn’t seem to be worried about paying up. So if you’re interested in learning more about what happened between these two artists and why ‘Lil Wayne isn’t fazed by it all, keep reading!

Background Of Legal Dispute

The legal dispute between Lil Wayne and producer Quincy Jones III dates back to 2011. It began when QD3 Entertainment sued the rapper for allegedly failing to pay licensing fees for samples used in his song “Bedrock.” According to the lawsuit, Weezy owed a total of $1.5 million dollars. The case went on for several years until it finally reached an Atlanta-based court in 2015.

During this time, both parties tried their best to reach a settlement outside of court but failed to do so. In 2017, Judge Craig Schwall formally ruled that Lil Wayne must pay QD3 Entertainment the full amount they were demanding –$3.4 million plus interest and attorney’s fees– due to failure to comply with contractual obligations.

In response, the Young Money star has since expressed that he is not worried about paying off the judgment or its impact on his music career. He’s confident that his fans will continue to support him no matter what happens in court and beyond.

Unconcerned Response From Rapper

Lil Wayne’s response to the $3.4 million judgment against him has been one of unconcern. During an interview with radio station Hot 97, he said that even though he was not pleased by the court’s ruling, it would have no effect on his music or career. He stated that he wasn’t worried about money but rather focused on making more great music for his fans and supporters.

The rapper also made sure to point out how strong his fanbase is and how they’ve stuck by him regardless of any legal issues in the past. In fact, Weezy believes that all this will just be a minor bump in the road – something that won’t stop him from moving forward as an artist and performer.

He ended off by saying that people should never let anyone or anything get them down; instead, keep your head up and strive for greatness despite any obstacles you face along the way.

Conclusion

In conclusion, Lil Wayne is not worried about the $3.4 million judgment that was placed against him for copyright infringement. The legal dispute began when Thomas Marasciullo sued the rapper and producer Birdman in 2014 over a song they had worked on together years earlier. Despite the court ruling, he has shown no indication of concern regarding paying the fine or being held legally accountable for his actions.

He appears to take a laissez-faire attitude toward this situation, which could be interpreted as an act of defiance by some. On one hand, it could be seen as admirable that he’s taking responsibility for himself and standing up for what he believes in – while others may view it as irresponsible and disrespectful towards those who are expecting recompense from him due to his negligence.

Either way, it’s clear that Lil Wayne isn’t too concerned with how this plays out; whether or not he pays up remains to be seen but at least we know where his head is at concerning this issue. He seems determined to keep going despite any legal troubles that might come his way – and whatever happens next will surely make interesting news in the weeks ahead!
