Tevin Campbell
Tevin Campbell was every young girls dream in the 90s. If you were a child who grew up in the 90s you were bound to know about him, he was all over. Not only did he make the girls swoon with his young charm and angelic vocals, producing songs like “Round and Round,” “Alone With You,” “I’m Ready,” and “Can We Talk” but he made appearances in some of the screens biggest hits. He guest starred on The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Moesha, voiced a character in the 1995 Disney Movie A Goofy Movie, and appeared with Brandy singing on NY Undercover.
He got into a bit of legal trouble in 1999, after soliciting a lewd act from an undercover cop and being caught with a small amount of marijuana.
After the mishap, Campbell moved more into the theatre realm. He nabbed a role in the musical Hairspray in 2005 both in the U.S. and Australian productions. In 2012 he put out a YouTube video to share with fans how he sounds almost 20 years later singing one of his most famous songs to date “Can We Talk.”
