As a young boy, Jamie began his talent in playing the piano. It was his grandmother who pushed him to hone his craft and he began to make money playing for different churches and even played piano for entertainment at house parties. He received a scholarship for college, where he went to study and major in music. However, it was in college where he started to embark on his comedic talents.
