M.I.A is looking fully refreshed on the cover of Paper Magazine. In the feature, the 37-year old London rapper touches on music and more while posing in some colorful ensembles.
M.I.A is working on her fourth studio album, Matangi, which has been pushed back from its expected December 2012 release. She has been very tight-lipped about the upcoming LP, but we know it will be coming from a happier place after recently telling Spin Magazine, “I fell back in love. I found spirituality through the Internet.”
She adds about the project and the controversy surrounding her middle fingers at the Super Bowl: “You’ll have to wait for my new album.”
