After a great response to her song and video “Sorry” last month, Ciara is keeping the momentum going with the simultaneous release of both the song and visuals for “Got Me Good,” both to premiere on Thursday Oct. 25.
Vh1 caught up with Ciara at the video shoot, which looks like it accompanies an uptempo tune. CiCi enlisted the dance group 8 Flavahs from the sixth season of America’s Best dance Crew for the high-energy video. “You just really have to work on good cardiovascular exercises to really keep your wind up…tons of water and a balanced diet, that’s pretty much the idea of it,” Ciara says about dancing in dry, dessert conditions.
