Ciara premiered her newest single “Sorry” simultaneously with the video, a difficult thing to do now-a-days with online music leaks. The song is produced by Jasper Cameron, who also produced her hit “Promise,” and is the lead single from her upcoming fifth studio album “One Woman Army” due in December.
The visuals show a regretful Ciara as she sings to her leading man about lingering in that emotional gray area after a relationship, her emotions expressed through passionate choreography.
The R&B siren describes the single as a “very, very real record.” “It’s someone that I really loved,” she told ESSENCE magazine. “They’ll know who they are when they hear the song.”
