When the forthcoming season of “I Want To Work For Diddy 2” premieres next month, the Bad Boy mogul says he’ll be more in control than ever before. “Last season I was hands off and left it to the judges,” says Diddy. “This season I’m taking a foot in ass, all over your brain approach to finding this assistant.” Set to premiere on VH1 Monday, November 2, ‘I Want To Work For Diddy 2’ features Diddy’s hunt for the one assistant able to meet his super-high standards. According to VH1, a batch of 11 hopefuls will be granted the opportunity to battle it out on this season. Bad Boy executive Phil Robinson and former Diddy assistant Capricorn Clark, now global brand director for Sean “Diddy” Combs return on this season. They will be joined by Diddy’s mentor, Andre Harrell, founder and president of Uptown Records. ‘I Want To Work For Diddy 2’ premieres on VH1 November 2 at 10pm et/pt.
