Usher Wants to Sell, Pushes Two New Singles

With mom back in his business circle, Usher is releasing two new singles from his latest effort “Here I Stand.” Although his album “Here I Stand” opened with over 400,000 copies sold it has yet to live up to its predecessor “Confessions.” With that being said, Usher released “Trading Places” and “Here I Stand,” the album’s title track to radio this week in hopes that the singles will give the album the push that it needs to bring him back to prominence amidst competition from R&B singers Chris Brown, Robin Thicke, Joe, and Lloyd, who are all making moves on the charts. Usher’s second single “Moving Mountains” peaked at #67 on the Billboard Hot 100 since it’s release in June.
