Hit making producer Pharrell Williams is making his anticipated debut on "The Voice" this week.
Joining Usher, Williams will help to mentor "Team Usher" as they go through the Battle Rounds and move further in the competition.
Sitting down for an interview with Christina Milian recently, Pharrell discussed what it has been like to work with Usher and his team.
"He (Usher) is incredibly insightful. He comes with a lot of experience. You know, he's such a perfectionist and is really good and does it in such a cavalier manner. I think it's been really effective for the team," said Williams. "I've had the privilege of really interfacing with this super eclectic bunch of kids…"
