Mint Condition releases their eighth studio album ‘Music @ the Speed of Life.’ The project is led by the single “Believe In Us,” an eclectic track with a melting pot of sounds including Jazz, R&B, Rock, funk, which can easily clash with each other, but the veterans musicality allows them to mold influences into sweet harmonies.
When talking about the new effort recently, the fellas told The Boombox,”We all feel ‘Music @ the Speed of Life’ is our best since ‘Definition of a Band.’ It’s fresh and modern, musically challenging and always a nod to the past.”
‘Music @ the Speed of Life’ includes pass material like “Pretty Brown Eyes” and “What Kind Of Man Would I Be,” while pushing the quintet’s creativity on several new records. The band opened their doors to work with DJ Jazzy Jeff, rapper Brother Ali, and M-Factory Honors on the new album.
