So on a different note, I know you've all been paying attention to what's happening in Ferguson, how do you guys feel about the whole situation?

M-Prynt (Tyce): I mean personally… It’s kind of heartbreaking. All I can say is 'man aren't we past this?' The sad reality is that we're not. And this is not the first case, this is just one that have been amplified by major media. I have gone thru different discussions with friends of mine about pros and cons of the situation; just being African Americans in general and being young black men ourselves, know what I mean? It could’ve been anyone of us. I think I’ll speak for M-Prynt when I say media as a whole need to start presenting the facts in the right light, so that justice can be served in the right light. A young man lost his life and it was unnecessary. And there are so many other young men that are losing their lives every day due to some nonsense, and sadly some of it is on the authoritative side… Hopefully this doesn’t just get swept under the rug. Troy Davis and a bunch of other things that happened. We gotta stand up and be strong and say something. It can’t always be about just a beat or just a song, this stuff has to start meaning something, and we have to take a stand to make a difference. That’s what we're here to do, leave an M-Prynt, but we also want to make this world a better place. If we’re not doing that, then what are we doing this for?

Now that you guys are signed, prepping yourselves, and making some noise, who are you excited to work with in the future?

M-Prynt (group): We're excited to work with Sevyn Streeter. Definitely The-Dream, R.Kelly The Pied Piper (laughter and singing); It’s really just a lot of people we really want to work with. The whole music scene period. Definitely we've had a chance to work with some heavyweights like Channing Lewis, Ne-Yo, Babyface, and Tank.

What should fans expect from your stage show?

M-Prynt (Rael): Definitely expect good music; we go up there and give you who we are, real, honest MPRYNT. It’s going to be a good time, good experience.
