When it comes to soul music, his delivery is raw and filled with emotions.
This is ubiquitous on his latest offering, "All I Want," a song that sees him reaffirming his commitment to the love of his life.
"All I Want" follows the previously released "Tears in the Ocean," both set to appear on Jay’s upcoming mixtape, Mistress II, available for free download on November 18 via his website.
Following his recent exit from Cash Money, Jay Sean plans to focus on making the music near and dear to his heart — R&B. "It got to the point where I was chasing pop success and ‘the smash’ when really my heart wasn’t in it anymore,” he states. “That’s not why I got into this game."
