Mary J. Blige drops off another soulful song for her fans!

While the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul, and her label, Capitol Records, ready the release of her forthcoming album, The London Sessions, she releases yet another song from the set, entitled, “When You’re Gone.”

Co-written by herself along with James Napier and Eg White, this new song, “When You’re Gone” is a beautiful gem where Blige expresses how much she misses her man when he leaves and nothing is the same while he’s gone.

“When you’re gone, I miss ya like I did when we were first together / No one in this world could ever hold be better / Just tell me when you’re coming home,” sings Mary.

The London Sessions will land in U.S. stores on December 2. The album is currently available for pre-order on iTunes now.
