American Idol winner Carrie Underwood and Grammy winner John Legend are among the finalists nominated for the Billboard Milestone Award.
According to Billboard, the award will be handed out at this year's Billboard Music Awards, which are to take place May 18 in Las Vegas.
To be presented to an "innovative artist," the Billboard Milestone Award celebrates notable achievement on the charts while giving fans a chance to narrow down the pack of six finalists to three.
In addition to Underwood and Legend, One Republic, Imagine Dragons and Luke Bryan are nominated.
