Music vet and funk legend Nile Rodgers joins forces with Jimmy Napes and the velvety-voiced Sam Smith in production cohorts with electronic duo Disclosure for the insatiably funky “Together.” Smith has proved his vocal prowess with songs like “Nirvana” and the Bruno Mars cover “When I Was Your Man,” but his layered harmonies take on a different texture, which soar over the funky, synthy production.
