Rumors swirled last week that Beyonce was going to give a surprise performance during Labor Day weekend at the Jay-Z-thrown, Budweiser-sponsored Made in America concert in Philadelphia. Well, she didn’t. Womp, womp, wooomp. BUT she WAS there to support her hubby Jay-Z. The couple was spotted coupled up backstage and enjoying the festivities in what seems like much needed time together for the two busy superstars.
The concert was filmed by Ron Howard for a documentary, and calls it a “reflection of the fabric of what it means to be Made in America – what the festival represents, why Jay is doing it and how he relates to each artist.”
